Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be shipped within 14 days after a return address is provided, otherwise it will not be eligible. Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns will not be accepted for items marked as final sale with discounts.

Damage and issues Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items on final sale or gift cards.

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason.

As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, the amount will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account.

If an exchange is possible, please note that you are no longer eligible for a refund.
